With 2 decades of touring homes as a Realtor, Kelly has visited more homes than most people! During that time her love for design continued to grow until the next natural step was to begin designing spaces herself. It started with her own home, then friends, college dorm rooms and her children's homes once they moved out. Finally, she took a leap of faith and bought her first flip house. It was a 2-story bungalow in her childhood neighborhood. That 100 year old distressed home not only fulfilled her passion of designing but proved she had a knack for finding and managing subcontractors, schedules, sourcing products and overall project management to see the entire process from gutted to gorgeous! 3 years, 14 homes and a General Contractors license later; she is ready to share her vision, knowledge and tried & true crews to work in clients homes to transform any space in their home they feel needs some 'wow'!
